One thing I think needs to change though....

Is gender diversity should be celebrated.

The traditional role of a woman, whether performed by a man or a woman, should be celebrated and valued, rather than women trying to be like men. That’s not the answer.

Everyone should be able to choose what they want to do, and whatever that is, that should be valued and celebrated.

Seems in some circles there’s stigma attached to being a stay at home mum or dad.
