Cos some things are just bad

and we’ve moved on. Let’s not go back to slavery for example. That was a bad thing and we’ve moved on from it. And let’s not go back to some sort of barmy image of trad wives from the 1950s.

Do you know what, if that’s how she wanted to live, no one would have batted an eyelid or been at all judgy about it if it made her happy. The problem was making it a thing. Now it’s a thing, I’d really hope sensible people would see it’s not a good thing to be promoting as a life goal for young women. Sometimes you just have to call people out on things.
