associated with speed - eg which frame does one take for the comparison - the Pukki decision seemed to have bene made at a moment when the ball was about 2m from Vrancic's foot - and won't you still have problems with v close decisions, drawing impossible lines etc?
I think the solution has to be based on some notion of what is clear and obvious - let the refs/linesmen decide unless plain as a pikestaff they got it wrong - use it to avoid dreadful decisions not try to achieve scientific accuracy at all costs (including time/enjoyment)
