Twas the night before Christmas
When all through the Wrath
Not a poster was stirring, not even our Proth
Jumbo and Bungle and Pants and Ralf
Asleep being good, for the Elf on the shelf
Dubs streaming carols from a link to a site
Mike Walker, pal, wasn't up for a fight
Old Git and Chas, Garry and APB
Had already told us what they'd had for tea
Real Man called 'girl' to all their festive fare
BWOD and Camcan said, quite rightly, 'don't you dare'
USAC and ChrisP and Hoot - night shift boys
Tucked up and dreaming of games and of toys
Where was our Jim with his goodwill for the season?
In Bristol with Worzel, but there's never a reason
DJ Worthy'd been busy sewing all day
Boxing Day flags, for the Barclay to wave
Pukki and Dunney, SCC, SoS
Sleep well for Santa, night night and God bless
Earthleakage and Simon, Dandy and Tombs
9 Christmas trees lit in their front rooms
Nelson, Loz, Dutch Steve and CB,
9 Stockings all hung, waiting expectantly
CWC, Undersoil, Azteca and MordenC
A fairytale of CHEESE TOASTIE ?
Huge Small and Norway were trimming the tree
Tinsel and baubles by XXL and KentonC
Old Man had ready his white beard and red suit
Mozzer, Trent and Arizona thought it wuh royt coot
Tricky, GOBB and Shoddy, Promethian too
Listening closely for 9 reindeers' hooves
Not Pablo, Tony Martin, not Ingi not Kev
No one was 'first' on this Christmas Eve
For those I've forgotten, your forgiveness I ask
I've had quite a few from the Ghost Ship cask!
The Big Fella's coming, no not that one my dears
It's Santa, fellow Wrothers... Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!
