People could be being overcharged

First time it happened thought it was something I’d done. It wasn’t until it happened the second time that I realised I was being overcharged. They refunded the second lot, but are refusing to act on the first - I’m a bit gutted as they admit it’s the system that is at fault. Just wanted to warn others.
