Anyone ever been overcharged booking canaries tickets online?
I’ve had an issue being overcharged with tickets when using the clubs booking system online. The problem occurs if you select junior tickets but miss checking the terms and conditions box.
The cart swaps the tickets back to full price, even though you’ve been shown the total reduced price - so when you check the box and click confirm you get charged full price.
I wondered if anyone else has had this issue?

- If ever you’ve booked kids tickets online it’s worth checking if you’re due some money bac (n/m) (NCFC) - AlPi1902, Dec 23, 18:28:47
