i've been most patient and that I really have as it is important to conduct oneself correctly and not give the other party recourse to show that I have displayed evidence of hoonery. He says however, it's not his fault it's his suppliers fault but "AhA!" I say "but my contract is with you honkeytonks and not your supplier!" I then went on to say "I want you to reimburse me my moolah, up to you to battle it out with your supplier that's not my problem".
