VAR is currently presented as infallible - and that's a mistake.

It should be seen as a tool which ensures bad decisions are overturned and missed, blatant offences are picked up. Instead it is now the de facto referee, making decisions rather than observing and correcting.

Explain, explain, explain - and people will get it.
