it's a long term project webber has said he's off after three seasons we should be patient

the club is in much better shape now than when he arrived improvements from top to bottom sure things aren't perfect but the club is in a whole lot better shape for the future. it was never going to be easy but the building blocks are now there for the future. sure i'd have liked more to cheer about but i'm still onside with the project.
