Easy to say then - at that point we'd never been relegated while she was running the club. I suspect the financial crises we faced following the 2005 and 2016 relegations when the parachute payments ran out might have forced her to rethink that position. You have to make sure the club is sustainable even under the worst-case scenario (i.e. coming bottom).
