don't waste money on expensive trips to the physioterrorists simply clasp both hands on top of a sturdy door and slowly let your self lower down until your arms are taking all the weight and then lift your feet off the ground for a bit to stretch out your back problem via the magic of spinal decompression. alternatively use the pull up bar at your local gym.
