Am not a fan of that particular organisation. However, they did get awareness. Even those
who were sharing memes denigrating a 16 year old Aspergers sufferer, and fiercely denying human involvement in climate change were also unwittingly increasing attention for both her and her cause.
Might have been some collateral damage I suppose but not on the scale they are trying to stop.
