there isn't a majority for remain in the commons. there is a majority for some form of

soft/pragmatic brexit, it's just the brexiters can't agree on what that should look like.

it was Johnson, Rees-Mogg and the other ERGers that have blocked brexit up until now. if they had not rebeled against their government we would be in the transition period now.
