Bluuurgh... OK, I have another potentially stoopid politics question

So that nice Supreme court Judge lady said that prorogation was unlawful and that it never actually happened.

The 'May' version of the withdrawal agreement can't be put before commons for meaningful vote 4 unless substantially altered or a new parliamentary session has commenced.

The EU wont agree to the 'BoJo' withdrawal agreement, leaving us with only the 'May' agreement.

This must be put to a meaningful vote (Gina Miller legal outcome) but cannot be put to a meaningful vote because it is unchanged from MV3 and parliament was not prorogued (Gina Miller legal outcome).

Does this effectively rule out a with-deal brexit prior to an election? I would have thought that remainers having the majority in commons would revoke but that seems to complicated. Easier to let Boris win an election after all bridges burnt? Bluurgh :-/
