Current Supreme Court has a lot of new appointments, and is widely thought to be a bit lightweight (because Brenda Hale has been stacking it with Family Division judges).
The panel has been announced now User Posted Link There are quite a few remainers there and also a few anti-establishment figures. Shouldn’t matter, of course, and usually doesn’t. I’m sorry Michael Briggs isn’t sitting though, he’s very clever.
We shall see!
