From their July 2019 report:

"Based on our March forecast, but assuming a 31 October 2019 exit date, the financial settlement would be €36.3 billion, or £32.8 billion, with the remaining £5.0 billion difference being paid as part of the UK’s normal membership contributions to the EU."

(Note exchange rates will now mean the sterling figure is higher)

Liz Truss back in March:

"The settlement agreed with the EU represents a comprehensive settlement covering all of the mutual commitments between the EU and the UK."

Now you can either live in the world of Johnson and Farage where you renege on international treaties willy nilly, or you live in the real world where countries pay their dues (unless you're Argentina)
