Mrs sorted 3 reccomended firms from off of her facebooks group as we are looking to build a cart lodge in the garden and went to 3 different people for quotes. first firm run by ex forces guy, he had all the patter and said "you won't get this quality any cheaper from anyone else in Norfolk" "we don't sub-out all our team stays on site until completion.

Next feller bowls up and it's a bit awkward he says as he does the work for bloke A who is in effect just a showroom they don't actually build any of what they sell.

He quotes me 8k plus cheaper.
