Relegation clauses are quite common these days.
I trust our management when they say that they want to reward success. If we go down we will still be able to afford to pay these contracts with the parachute money.
The last thing we need is to be in a situation like last time when players where on mega contracts and couldn't be shifted. We had to sell our best player just to keep the Bank happy.
They won't gamble on the financial future of the club. So they say and that's in the best interests of everyone.
