Details...

If I am going to invest 25k of my kids inheritence I need to know a few dedails:

1. Show me the actual van you have in mind svp
2. I hent intrested in being a sleeping partner, that's garry's job, I want to be involved or I'm out. This means you need to factor in the profit share ratio based on that.
3. You also will need to ding up a fully costed business plan c/w projections. Show your workings all the usual guff.
4. You got a name for this hoot? (no need to reveal it on here just wondered if you had a name in mind).
5. There is to be no feckern coffee mochine.
5a. 5MsandT:
Manpower (who does what; from fitting out van down to merchandising, marketing, procurement, purchasing, storing, advertising etc),
Machinery (How the van is kitted out etc),
Methodology (who does what and how is it to be done), Money (detailed costings for equipping van, cost of goods, sales prices, 5 year costings including re-invesment of capital, amortisation etc)
Time (what, where, when and how).
6. I will issue further demands as and if this process moves along (or not) beans as I am maybe funding the twot.

The devil is, in the detail.
