I said something similar to my old boss in my last appraisal there. Genuinely meant it. The next day I got approached over my current job.

If he gets an interesting enough approach next week, next month, next year, who knows.

The only thing we 'know' is that he doesnt think just now is really the right time to move, and Man U havent asked him to.
