some Premier League success as he needs it on his CV (if I can do this at little old Norwich for no real investment what could I achieve at a club like yours?) and then as soon as it looks like a downward turn (from what he'll know at that time from the inside) he'll work a change of club. We're a stepping stone nothing more. No emotion just career based workaholic who hopefully will continue to take us on the current ride on the crest of a wave for a season or two yet. Have absolutely no issues with that. That's just business.
