But that period of time from when he came in completely and utterly transformed the fortunes of the club.
People have bloody short memories if they’re writing him out of our history as inconsequential.
That means he will always deserve some credit for what was left behind after his time here even if that wasn’t perfect. When he arrived, the club was on the brink.
