my own personal opinion that I don't want anyone to agree with is that IF we had waited and sacked him in the summer then MAYBE mr average1pointpergame would have got us to 37/38 points after 38 games. BUT I can also see that he might not so I tend not to lose much s**t over it.
I'm not talking about how s**t the football was. Whether he should have been sacked earlier. Whether he was the right person to take over from Sir Paul. Whether Sunderland bribed their way out of trouble or managed to find some form. Whether we could have found some form. Not any of that just this.
NO ONE KNOWS WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED BECAUSE WE SACKED HIM.
