do you intend to drive home straightaway? For what its worth I would bite the bullet and book the best value nearby car park (nearby is important - don't end up 15+ miles away especially if running to a timetable. Traffic will be awful. Fact). Might even suggest you park at Heathrow. Pricier, yes but will cut out a lot of hassle.
