McKenzie's definitely improved.

I saw him play a few times for Palace, where he was very poor (and most Palace fans will confirm this for you).

As for Ashton, we did make him look like a very, very good Premiership player.

Doherty hasn't improved, he's simply dropped a division. He's no more a Premiership-standard centre-back now than he was at Tottenham.
