The players you refer to were hardly turned in to gold from base metal by Worthington.

Ashton was on an obvious upwrd trajectory - he was no better and no worse than we all expected.

Safri was a quality player at Cov, McKenzie was another on the way up and Doc is playing well at division lower than where he has spent the last four years.

Worthington does not improve players.
