Funny thing is

looking at his recent performance against Everton, and comparing it with his performance at Plymouth there was obviously much improvement in him. Now obviously at Norwich City "good old-fashioned common sense" says that bringing the best out of players isn't part of the manager's remit. Apparently it is at West Ham. And look at where THEY are in the league. Perhaps we should change our manager's job description?
