Medication for it. Antipsychotics, antidepressants, anxiety medication and stomach problems like hiatus hernia and reflux sickness. I have paranoid schizophrenia too, severe ocd, 3 eating disorders when I was younger, anxiety, depression and these personality disorders. It’s the same medication for most of them anyway, not looking for sympathy or anything just understanding. Have medication to sleep and sleep a lot during the day.
