Dominic Raab is just a hard line as BJ. He's just marginally less revolting.

I think any hardline choice would cause defections from the Parliamentary Party, and a period of chaos for them. Then a general election when they've selected new candidates, which they'll probably win despite being an utter shambles with a uniformly dismal record over the past 10 years, because Labour is just as much of a shambles. Depressing.
