... (this is in Birmingham), we pulled up to a stop where a couple were having a right old domestic, becoming a bit worryingly physical. She was trying to get on the bus, he wouldn’t let her and was holding her back. The driver told him to stop and he wouldn’t. Stuck there for a couple of minutes, no-one knew what to do, whereupon a dad stood up, left his small son, walked calmly down and off the bus, lanped the bloke, went back quietly to his son, and the journey continued as if nothing had happened.

Bizarre.
