What I love, love, love about the team is the balance we have. We have players who carry out specific jobs with a collective mindset (i.e. do what benefits the team, first and foremost).
Naismith always seemed like a player who upset the flow of the team - tried hard, but looked like he was doing his own thing regardless of the manager's plans.
