Peugeot advert comes up on my TV for their new whatever the thing is called

and then at the end it says "Test Drive the new peugeot whatever the thing is called at Bussey's Norwich"

Am I being spied upon by my TV or are Bussey's the sole UK dealer that are selling it? What is going on?
