Yes, I do see that
but the effect on other competing non trans women (eg) would be very significant. They'd be at a huge (and possibly insurmountable) disadvantage.
So - life's a bit unfair - but I don't see how "the right to compete" as a woman (which physically you are not) can trump the "right of other women to compete against physical women only"
