He is clearly out of his depth.
The club clearly has no structure.
Is he the only one who doesn't see this as a death spiral?
The combination of investing no money and being poorly run leads them to the exact position they are in.
Its laughable that he pokes fun at the way other clubs are run while they sit rock bottom losing fans every single season.
