the real answer is hydrogen cell
petrol /diesel you are aware of the environmental problems , electric nothing set up to support , but hydrogen cell only produce water as a waste product
off course no one as far as i know produces a car that runs on hydrogen , but dont let that put you off , but if they did i would suspect putting in a infirscture to support would be to convert current petrol stations and they would be quicker to fill than a electric car which at the moment at best is approx 30 mins
though these are coming soon as i believe greater anglia are planning to run them in this country User Posted Link
