it is incredible yes but not always in a good way

as my wife said, we pottered about in bruges recently over three nights, which is i guess about the same size as norwich, recently; no drunks, no drug fuelled maniacs aggressively harassing us for spare change or screaming at each other in car park entrances just a lovely welcoming medieval city where everyone seems to get along nicely. i know there are other cities in the uk far worse than norwich but i think it's taken a turn for the worse. not even a minor problem though just an observation based upon experience, not going to norwich often isn't the actual end of the world.
