I just had a new Combi installed in a 2 bed house
It's an IDEAL Logic 24. Used to have issues but upped their game with new models. Now with 7-10 year warranty depending on your plumber being registered. Very quiet, has wireless remote thermostat/controller. Cost appx £2k all in with old header/storage tanks removed. Yes you will need a big gas supply pipe.
