I've been veggie for about 15 years. Recently started cutting out other animal products.

I've made the move to soya/oat milk pretty easily. So much so I can't stand the taste of cows milk now. Cheese is def the biggy as others have said.

I guess it depends on your reasoning for becoming Vegan. I still eat eggs, however, only from people who keep hens - I don't buy from supermarkets anymore. I have not bought leather products for a while now. Next pair of shoes I suspect I will investigate alternatives.

My view is do what you can do. Eating meat and abusing animals is so ingrained in our society, it isn't easy to give to become vegan. But if you can at least cut down on eating meat , that is a positive step IMHO
