Registering would not work for a few reasons . Millions sold already ( I have had one for a couple of years) You can import parts direct from China and build your own and ultimately like guns if you pay enough you can get one. The method of blocking the signal seems the best idea to me.And I doubt the poor bloody passengers find it funny as you do.
