Of course he has a degree of arrogance, every manager I've ever met / seen has a degree of arrogance even if there is no public persona showing it.
Stop just f**king ranting for the sake of it and concentrate on the issues, more imortantly the answers.
The truth is that there is nobody available to replace him with and nobody officially unavailable who wants the job from what I hear. We're not Man U, we're not going to attract the next Jose without shelling out major dosh
