Worthington's latest words
as reported in the pink 'un this morning are the most depressing thing I've read in ages. Here is a man who absolutely refuses to face the truth. He is now losing any respect I once had for him. In fact, I'd say he has lost it. He is taking advantage of the goodwill he knows he has with the board and remaining in his position AGAINST the will of the majority of fans.
This is the clearest evidence yet of the man's arrogance. He simply cares only for himself and will continue to make us suffer for as long as HE feels like it. Whatever he may now say we know he does not give one for what we think!
Clearly the board, if they don't sack him, share his opinion of the fans. Delia and co can say what they like about us being the best fans in the world etc. but they don't mean any of it. It's just a cosy little clique at the top. 'It's our club' they are saying 'and we'll do what WE want with it!'
Well stuff the lot of them!
