We switched to bulb a year ago.

Unfortunately they switched our neighbour instead, but kept taking our monthly direct debit. This resulted in British Gas taking me to court and obtaining a ccj against me, as I hadn't paid them as they were no longer my supplier, except they were, despite us being customers of Bulb. £20 compensation offered for distress and inconvenience. Wankers.
