yes and No

before i retired i was in a position that required me to supervise a large group of people and part of that was regarding sickness

After a while you got a gut feeling who was taking time off when not sick simple things like not being open with you regarding it , slow returning paperwork on there return to work and lots of other things , but unless you have concrete evidence that they are lying there is nothing you can do , you call there bluff and get it wrong then you are in big trouble
