Restructure, reorganise and redundacy

is the way of managing out those that are seen as problem employees where i am - so the only constant we have is the constant need to restructure :-)

i was more thinking about the general everyday conversations though, the unguarded comments, pub talk, even just the rolling of the eyes and "what, again?" that goes with learning that someone is off

it'll often be unfair too - not deliberately. maliciously so, but just sort of off handed
