I think anyone one we sign will obviously have to fit into our way of doing things

At the moment all of our players seem to love it here, love our style of play, our methods of training and they play for each other. They know their job, their roles and they all seem to be at their peak fitness. Anyone who doesn't fit in, Jerome, Oliveria, etc seem to be moved out pretty quickly. I also don't think its a coincidence that none of our players seem to be out in the City getting pissed etc. They all seem to enjoy family meals with their wives and days out with the kids. (or making babies)
