Football is different, Norwich is always Norwich. The club is bigger than the players.

When a player signs for Norwich, they become Norwich. Some players stay Norwich when they leave, others stop being Norwich. I've loved some Norwich teams as a whole more than others - the mid-90s team, even when we were relegated, and the League One, Championship and Prem teams under Lambert - but when a team gets a complete overhaul, it's quite exciting. A new Norwich to possibly fall in love with!

The only time that I feel watching Norwich isn't like watching Norwich is when a team is full of journeymen, mercenaries and loans. Norwich under Hamilton or Roeder, for example.
