The teams we beat in 1990 were of poor quality as this world cup

lets face it, we only really had one great performance and that was against Sweden. Tunisia, we left it very late. Panama, Colchester United standard and Belgium was a no contest kind of game. Columbia without their 'star player' we couldn't beat in 120 minutes and against Croatia, we should have had it done and dusted at half time.

Yes, they did well but I think we were no where near fantastic throughout and certainly won't get a run like that again.
