absolutely not

Any extra cash is useful for non-PL clubs. Last season Newport, Rochdale, Fleetwood & Shrewsbury all got to play @ PL grounds, and got TV cash too.

The real solution would be to scrap any replay AS LONG AS BOTH TEAMS AGREE BEFORE THE FIXTURE

But sensible, practical thinking is not welcome at FA Towers
