i would have thought it was doable

I'm no plumber but my perception is that basic water supply /waste is all easy peasy its all about making sure you have the right size pipe for the amount of water running through it and it all goes downhill in the case of waste pipe

If that doesnt bring a plumber out of the woodwork nothing will
