Was due to switch broadband.

Engineers didn’t turn up. No contact from Virgin. When I called they said they couldn’t install as they didn’t have the capacity in our area. Would take 6 weeks. Totally unapologetic. The fact they didn’t even bother to contact us amazed me. Will not get my custom.
